Report missed bin collection

Our crews do not finish their collection rounds before 4pm, so if you are reporting a missed bin before 4pm, we may not have reached you yet. Often times our crews have to go to the tip site to empty their wagon and come back, so sometimes we only do half a street at a time.
You must report a missed bin before midnight the next working day after your bin collection was due (unless you have an assisted collection).
Our crews let us know if your bin(s) was not collected for a reason, e.g. it was not out on time, it contained the wrong waste or was or too heavy. If your bin(s) was not emptied because of any of these reasons, we will not return to empty it and we will not offer any refunds to garden waste customers.
If collections are suspended because of snow or other operational issues we will do our best to return as soon as possible – please visit www.lichfielddc.gov.uk/snow to find out about any catch up collections. If we cannot return to empty your garden waste bin(s) due to the snow/ice or frozen bins, we are sorry but will not offer any refunds.
Once you submit your form, our team will check whether your bin was out on time, was contaminated or whether it was missed. Our system will send you an e-mail to let you know whether our crews will return to empty it.
